Landlord Fees

No Upfront Fees: Tenants are not required to pay any fees at the start of the tenancy.
Late Rent Payments: Interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate from the date the rent is due until it is paid. This charge applies after the tenant is at least 14 days in arrears and will be backdated to the due date.
Tenancy Amendment Fee: £50.00 (This may increase depending on the complexity of the work required.)
Key Replacement Fee: The actual cost of the replacement key or fob will be charged. Tenants may also be responsible for the cost of a replacement lock if necessary.
Damages/Repairs: Tenants will be charged for any damages or repairs resulting from breaches of the tenancy agreement. This may include call-out costs if the issue is determined to be the tenant’s responsibility.
Late Exit Fee: £15.00 per hour for each hour past the agreed exit time.
